Below are the FAQ’s relating to orders, shipping and delivery.

Our boards are “chef’s choice” style and items are chosen based on your requests, occasion/theme, and our availability of products, meaning you get a one-of-a-kind board every time! If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate them! We have a variety of different board options, but our most popular “signature board” comes with a combination of artisan cheeses, cured meats, spreads, olives/pickled vegetables, fresh/dried fruits, nuts, and other accompaniments handpicked by our charcuterie team.

We take food allergies very seriously here! We want to make sure you have the best experience and can enjoy your board in its entirety! If you want to place an order for a board, please identify all food-related allergies to us in the notes section (located in your cart) before you check out or email us. Please note that there will be no refunds on boards where an allergy is present if you have not explicitly shared your allergy concerns with us beforehand.

Great question! Unfortunately, this means you’re probably outside of our standard 25-mile delivery radius. However, that doesn’t mean you still can’t get it delivered! Please give us a call at (865)500-3443 or email us to discuss delivery options and receive a quote for a delivery fee outside of our radius. We’d love to make a board for you!

Nope! All our standard charcuterie boards come on biodegradable palm leaf boards, which means you can throw them away after you’re finished! The exception to this is our Extra-Large Board size, which automatically comes on a solid wood board due to its size and weight, but it’s yours to keep! Or if you purchase a wooden board on our website that you’d like to be used in the board-making process.

The only times we need to collect dishes are when we do a grazing table for a large party when tiers/levels are used.

We’re sad to hear that you’re wanting to return or cancel one of your orders. We allow cancellations within 48 hour notice of pick up or delivery for a full refund. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours of delivery or pick-up date, we will refund 50% of the total order. Once an order has been made and is in the buyer’s possession, it cannot be returned. The only exception to this is if there was an allergy found on our board after you provided your allergy restrictions to us. If you are unhappy with the product you receive, please let us know and we will attempt to remedy the issue as soon as possible. Please contact us at (865)500-3443 or email.

For normal boards, please allow us at least 24 hours on boards feeding up to 8 people and 48 hours on boards feeding 9+ people.

For catering options, please give us at least 3 weeks on individual boxes and 4 weeks on grazing tables.

This ensures we will have enough product in our store to make your order. If you order outside of this time range, you might be subject to a small rush fee.

**Please keep in mind we currently do not offer pre-made board options and depending on the size/complexity, a board may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.

On Sundays and Mondays, we’re “by appointment only”. We’d love to still make a board/table for you if we have availability! If you give us enough notice, we will do our best to accommodate your needs! Once you choose your option at check out for pick-up or delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is ready, you will receive another email letting you know you can pick it up in

store or that it’s on its way for delivery (depending on the option you chose). If you chose in-store pick-up, come to the gift center (front of the store) and let someone know you’re here for a pick-up charcuterie order. Please have your confirmation/order number ready when you get here. If you chose our delivery option, sit back and relax and it will be delivered to the location you provided at the time you specified.
